The New Jersey Retired Public Employees Organization (NJRPEO) was created to unite retired New Jersey Public Employees for the purpose of restoring our cost of living adjustment (COLA) and to protect all of our pension and health benefits.

Pensions and benefits of all NJ public employees are at risk. This crisis is directly due to the failure of the State and other public employers to fund the system adequately for at least 25 years.
